‘worms’ in frog pool

hello all!

i wanted to post and ask around if anyone had seen something like this before. my pacman frog spent two days in his soaking pool (i removed him tonight in case he had gotten stuck) and found about three dozen worm-like creatures squirming in the soaking pool. my frog has had no contact with any outside frogs and all insects fed have been captive-bred. he has been eating well but i haven’t found poop in about a week. humidity and heat are consistent. could these be internal parasites, or maybe just insect larvae from mealworms left in the enclosure?

4. Temperature - 75-80 degrees
5. Water - purified bottled water, automatic mister and soaking pool
6. Materials - eco earth loose coconut fiber
7. Enclosure set up - one artificial plant, empty plant pot
8. Main food source - crickets
9. Vitamins and calcium? (how often) - refuses to eat insects with vitamins
10. Lighting - natural window light, red led
11. What is being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure - side heating pad, heat lamp
12. When is the last time he/she ate - 3 days ago; crickets
13. Have you found poop lately - no

16. How old is the frog - almost 1 year
17. How long have you owned him/her - 10 months
18. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred - captive bred
19. Frog food- 3x a week; crickets, mealworms, dubai roaches
20. How often the frog is handled - only to clean tank; 1x month
21. Is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area - low
22. Describe enclosure maintenance (water changes, cleaning, etc) - full clean 1x month, water changed whenever frog uses it
