Default My copes gray swallowed a blueberry and is not doing well

I know it was stupid to leave a blueberry in there for the roaches. The frog obviously ate it. It is keeping its belly from touching anything and occassionally tries a big swallow and I have seen it try a regurgitation once too. It is a big blueberry. I guess I figured it is a soft small fruit so even if they ate it it wouldn't hurt them but I was obviously wrong. Waiting for the vet to open to call them. Anybody got any experience with this sort of thing, please? I have turned down the AC in their room to let the temps get up a little higher this morning and have added calcium&magnesium droplets to all his water bowls. TIA

The vet said hopefully it will pass in a couple of days and agreed with fb groups saying to soak in warm water. Not sure how long I should soak the frog. The vet said do it a couple times a day until it passes. I guess I'll do at least an hour at a time. There are large stones in there for him to get out of the water but I think to be comfortable he'll need to stay in the water and put his hands on one of the stones. There's a little bit of really good local honey in the water and some calcium and magnesium drops.

I lost Sweet Pea today. It's been a rough week and I haven't been in my right mind. Sunday night I made a mistake I never thought I'd make. I left a blueberry in the enclosure for the roaches. I know better than to leave food that's small enough for the frogs to swallow in there and never thought I'd make such a careless mistake but in my tiredness and grief I did make that mistake. I promised him and myself I'd keep him safe and never hurt him. I failed and I'm heartbroken

I'd add for any one else as unfortunate to allow this to happen, if anybody tells you a warm soak, be mindful that it isn't very warm. He was actually feisty this morning. I put him into a warm soak and he was not good after that.
