How to properly pick up my white tree frog without hurting her

i pick up my frogs by simply scooping them up gently from the front, they will automatically climb on and usually allow you to transport them to wherever. Most White’s are very tolerant of handling and won’t frantically hop away.

I use a 16 oz deli cup. I hold the cup over and in front of the frog then gently nudge it in from behind. Doing it this way avoids any unwanted leaps to freedom so to speak. I put the cup back in the enclosure and allow the frog to come out on it’s own.
