Hey evetyone, look I have several waxies and now thinking about having a toad, but I as reading that conditions mut be different for them. I mean, humidity level etc. So I'd like to ask if someone have both how you solved the problem I thought buying a dehumidifer like from here https://houseweather.org/best-30-pint-dehumidifier/ or something, but they are huge, so I am not sure how to separate the space. Well, that's complicated, so it would be easier if somebody just told me what to do in this situation. I bet some of you have both frogs and toads
Hello! I have both frogs and toads! Are you thinking about housing them in the same tank? Otherwise you could just mist the toads less often as they do not need as much humidity. My toads’ humidity is about 55% and frog’s is about 65-70%.
The best way to go about it is putting a plexiglass piece over top of your tank you can drill holes in the plexiglass to get more humidity and then you can have a fan going in for air flow for the tree frog. That's what I do I have tree frogs and toads

I wouldn't recommend housing them together because some toads have more toxins than frogs and if they sit on each other for long over a period of time there's a chance one could make the other sick. At least I've heard that's the case, maybe look into it. One species of frog is not necessarily immune to another species' toxins.
However, I can second AAron's advice. Just having more holes in a tank should help.
