I have 4 bombina orientalis that are probably gonna double in size when becomming an adult.
So its small frogs but not tiny frogs.

Ive read several places that the mealworms exoskeleton is tough for a smaller frog to digest.
But mealworms shed their shell and becomming white many times.

Aint this a good way to avoid the exo skeleton and thereby much easier for the frog to digest?
Or am i missing something
