Wow thats alot. Ive never heard of hibernating them in a fridge but they live here and it was negitives last week. I guess im not the only one with a "golden toad" my male american 1, goldenboy looks goldeny yellow too. The toads co.e in beutiful colors in michigan there was red orange yellows and a greyish whitish one. I hope to do something similar to that with my toads exept co hab american toads wood frogs and tiger salamanders in my bearded dragons old tank. If i show a pic of my toads can you determine age. Also can you show a pic of one of your adult females sitting in your hand. Im curious how big they get
