    The back side of the legs that you pictured are normally pink in color. Its the tummy/inner thigh that would be red and irritated if he has red leg. Here is a picture of a frog with red leg. Photo credit goes to "zoofew" I hope its okay to use for educational purposes.

    Give the frog a chance to settle in, sometimes it can take several weeks before they get used to their new home. I was unable to see any lesions in your pics, could you post clearer photos?

    What are your temps and humidity?
