Concerned: White's Tree Frog Discoloration

My White's is showing weird discoloration. It started about 3 days ago, and seems to be acquiring more small dots and spots and is getting more vivid. I have her quarantined from her roomie since this photo was taken. I have had her 5 years, and never had anything like this. I am not sure what to do. Any advice? This green IS the green color she turns when she changes colors. It is her natural green, and it is somewhat symmetrical, so that is why it is throwing me off.

She is resting more than usual, and staying in one location in the water much more than usual.

*I know the corner is gunky, it has been cleaned since the photo was taken! The rest of the tank is cleaned regularly, just needed to touch up the glass today.
