It will help your sale if you state your location (state and city) and shipping temperature requirements since it's cold in many US areas already. Good luck!
Hi everyone,
So my two leucistic axolotls (pictures shown below) have produced 320 (!) eggs, and I can't take care of them all. The parents have produced a lot of healthy eggs that went on to produce healthy offspring. I don't have a picture of the eggs, but if anyone is interested, I could get a picture of them. I'd like to rehome them to someone that will take care of them at the price of $1/egg below 25 eggs or 50 cents/ egg for over 25 eggs. Shipping with Priority is normally around $12, but all depending on your weather conditions it might be best to overnight them. Please let me know if you're interested.
Thanks!

Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
I'm interested in these if you can figure out the shipping. Have you ever shipped live amphibians or eggs before?
Oh boo, I completely forgot to do so! I'm from Boston, Ma. I will not ship Priority to an area that is below freezing, but will only consider shipping Express. For Express shipping, I would need a guarantee from the buyer that they would be there to collect them so they don't freeze.
I sent you a PM
I now have 316 eggs that need a home. Message me if you'd like to help me with this.
Scratch that, 295 now. By the way, thanks to whoever moved my thread.
If only it weren't so cold in ny

Well you're closer than I am to the seller and she's shipping 25 eggs my way. I can let you know how they turn out.
Alternatively, Matthew and anyone else in Matthew's situation, I could send the eggs Express in a styrofoam container. Just something else to consider.
How were eggs from your last clutch shipped out?
I can't remember if I last used Express or Priority. I think it was Priority...Either way, they're put into 12 oz soda bottles that I rinse out thoroughly with water. I fill these bottles with dechlorinated water to the top of each bottle. The bottles are then bagged, and placed inside a box (Styrofoam for Express, or a Priority shipping box) lined with bubble wrap. I also make sure to notify the postal service that what I'm shipping is fragile and temperature sensitive.
Ok thank you for taking the extra steps there. I know if it's shipped via USPS that I will be home during the times that they deliver to my house.
I'd like to by 25, How can i send you payment?
I wanted to give this thread a bump in case there are still more eggs that need to go! For anyone interested, the seller communicated well with me in regards to any questions and pointed me in the right direction if needed. I ordered 25 eggs and they were promptly shipped first thing Monday morning and will be arriving tomorrow (via Priority). I'll post an update when they arrive.![]()
I received 25 eggs today, they arrived nicely packed and most if not all seem very lively. I used the Priority (2 Day) option by the way and everything seems fine![]()
