Whites skin discoloration...serious?

Uncle Fester who was treated with antibiotics six months ago for a small abscess and swollen back leg now is showing white discoloration of his head. Have never seen this. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!

Today strangely the whitish discoloration around Uncle Fester’s head area was gone. Nothing has changed. He lives with another old whites. They have paper substrate, a large dish of mineral water ( changed twice daily), an overhead warming lamp, and medium crickets. His back legs are still swollen but he seems active and healthy except for that.
