My red eye tree frogs were croaking last nioght and it was very annoying because i was trying to get some sleep. Can i stop them from croaking or should i ignore them? what are the consequences of stopping them?![]()
Asking them to stop croaking is like asking them to stop being frogs. Its what they do. Is there any other room you could keep them in? I keep mine in a spare room that I use as an office.
Funny, I actually find the croaking fascinating and rather soothing at night, but that's just me. Perhaps you could find another room for them, or otherwise just try and adjust yourself to it? Some people tend to get use to the croaking after a while- and it becomes a part of their lives. I know that one of my friends keeps a White's that is awfully vocal at night- and at first she was very annoyed with it- but now, she gets worried when he DOESN'T sing her to sleep.
