Whites tank size?

Picked up a whites this past sunday. We're thinking shes going to need a bigger tank. Will a 29(30x12x18) possibly work for a pair?

Is it going to be vertical or horizontal? It will work but I would make it vertical if I were keeping white's. Keep in mind that tree frogs need ventilation (as opposed to dart frogs), so ventilation is harder to pull off well in vertical tanks, for (hopefully) obvious reasons.

I was going to go for horizontal, i didnt know if 18" would be tall enough.
