Soft lump/bloat on right side??? Help

There is either a soft lump in the right side of my frog. Or he's slightly bloated on the right side.
The first time I noticed it I was touching it and he seemed to be hutrt by it or atleast he didn't want it touched. He didn't really react like that today. It's been there 2/3 days.
Somebody please help me. I can't tell if it's parasites bc I feel like I saw this as a symptom some time ago or an impaction or something else.
What is it?
Does it need a vet? (if so that's it for him bc my mother refuses to take him)
Is he going to die soon bc of this?

He hasn't eaten for 2 days either but I only tried once on each say and he does that sometimes anyway. Not sure if it's linked.

Okay so I worried for nothing. If anyone feels like they have this problem he just had to poo. Did this honey bath method and it worked after the 3/4th try. He did a long poo and you could see the soil ( I think it was) inside.
