Infected, swollen eye?? please help.

The last image is blurry so it's useless my bad and I forgot to say that in the last image his eye is weird because of an old cloudy eye infection, it's not anything new.

Even tho no one responded here's an update incase some1 has a similar issue:
I've been doing Melafix baths. At first I did the method of dipping a toothpick in the Melafix then moving it in the water and left him in for 20-30 mins, for a week nothing changed. Then I was advised to put it on his eye instead of leaving him, and using a syringe to put 0.025mm (I think) of Melafix in the water. I think it has slightly gotten better.
