Default NEW Pacman Frog Owner. Question on Temps

I have been researching Pacman Frogs for weeks and have decided to get two. Caged separately of course. Im making a divider for a 20 Gallon tank. However with all my research I have one major question when it comes to heating. I have read ideal temperature is between 75 and 85 degrees farenheit. The thing is I live in Florida, its a hot state. My room is upstairs and is the hottest room in the house. I have a bearded dragon that has a heat lamp which causes my room to be a constant 78 - 80 degrees. So my point is, at that point do I even consider getting a heat source for the Frogs?

P.S. In the wintertime I will definitely consider a heat source, but as for right now what should i do?

If you have a battery backup and heat source with an automatic shut off when the desired temperature has already been reached, that provides a back-up in case of extreme weather and/or power outages.
