One side is darker than the other

hey i just got my pacman frog two weeks ago and he has grown alot in two weeks, but i have noticed as he has gotten bigger on his right side there is a darker tint than the other it seems to be internal. He is eating and deficating like a champ i fed him his first pinkie today which he seemed to enjoy very nicely. I was just wondering if this is an organ im seeing through his skin because his is albino. Or is this something i should worry about. Im going to try to get pictures up soon.
