For the most part, ACFs are quite tough. In the wild, they are known to leave their home pond and travel to another in an effort to seek better conditions. I would be concerned about the wounds. A salt bath is also a good treatment for many of the problems that are found in amphibians. Treatment may either be a 10- minute dip in a solution of 25g salt/L or a bath for up to 3-5 days in a solution of 5-10g salt/L. You should put the frog in a separate container by itself. Since it is feeding well and behaving as a frog should, the salt bath is just a precaution for any bacterial infection.
