1yo ABF. Can someone tell me the sex?? Thanks in advance.
What a fine ABF. This specimen appears to be, in my humble opinion, a male gendered Pyxicephalus adspersus. The head looks pretty wide, and no dorsal stripe. Have you noticed any croaking? If so, this is definitely a male looking for a mate

Any help is appreciated.
I'd assume male, but I don't know much about Pixie frogs. Maybe someone who is an expert in these guys will come and help you out.
