Exclamation Stress In Whites Tree Frogs :Please help!

Ok I know I keep thinking my whites tree frog is sick but this time Im really worried. He has a scrape on his nose from rubbing it, and Ive read its normally caused by stress. However soon after noticing it, hes been moving around less. His coloring has remained the same and he is still responsive if I reach towards him. I want to help him but am unsure of what can cause stress for them. He is currently very small about 3inches and hes in a 10 gal soon to be upgraded to 20. His enclosure is next to another frog terrarium. If anyone knows of anything I should look out for or do itd help lots!
