Tree frog injury/bacterial infection

My two new barking tree frogs have a (guessing) bacterial infection (most likely brought on by stress from shipping). I have separated them into small containers with paper towels. I am doing a honey bath for 10 minutes, quick misting rinse and bacitracin zinc ointment. For those that have done this before, you know its very hard to get the stuff to stick on their skin!
My question is- I'm considering using Curoxen on their wounds. Its all natural and its more liquidy so it might seep in better. It has no "pain killer" in it so im thinking it should be safe?
What are your thoughts?

PS Ive got 3 crickets and small piece of earth worm in there but they are not eating
