Not sticking?

So one of my frogs Iv noticed hasn’t been able to stick very well to things and I was wondering if it’s something I should be worried about. She’s still doing a pretty good job of moving around and climbing up using leaves and such but I have noticed she can’t stick to the glass/ has problems holding onto me when I grab her. She’s still eating and pooping as usual. Two weeks ago I took her to the vet and ended up finding out she had worms which she finished the medication that same week (three days). Could anyone know what’s causing this and if I need to take her back in/ if they can even do anything?

She’s still having issues sticking while climbing although she refuses to give up lol. There’s been a couple times Iv found her on the glass so I think things are getting a bit better but she’s still falling off. Iv also noticed she’s been hanging out in the water a little more. She’s still eating and pooping like normal with no differences with her droppings. Anyone have any ideas?
