HELP a girl out! RETF skin blotchiness?

Hi guys,

This is my first post to any kind of forum ... ever, so apologies if I'm doing it wrong!

My RETF, Venom, was purchased from Petco early February, so we've had him for about a month. In the past week, he's been sleeping a lot under his leaves and his skin has stayed this speckled darkish green color. This morning, I saw him shed for the first time, but his skin color has not changed. Should I be concerned? Is there anything we can do to get him back to that bright brilliant green?

For context, we're giving him 3-4 crickets a night coated in a vitamin mix. Temp is on an automatic shut-off mechanism and stays between 70-80. Automatic mister, waterfall, the whole setup. Let me know if there's anything you need to know to help!

I wouldn’t worry. They do this all the time. It’s normal to see color change. Mine fluctuates back and forth. You may want to check on it at different times during the day and under different lighting conditions.
