    Default Baby Pac-Man frog okay?

So my Pac-Man frog is still not eating and I’ve tried plenty of different methods and foods. I’ve had him for close to a month and he’s only eaten a cricket and a mealworm. I have a wide range of foods from mealworms to crickets to powdered food to earthworms and yet nothing seems to work long enough for him to eat regularly. I’m scared that he’s going to be underfed or something

    1. Size of enclosure——20 gallon but with a partition
    2. # of inhabitants - specifically other frogs and size differences—-#1 Pac-Man frog
    3. Humidity——70-80%
    4. Temperature——-75-82
    5. Water - type - for both misting and soaking dish——dechlorinated tap water
    6. Materials used for substrate——coconut fiber eco earth
    7. Enclosure set up i.e. plants (live or artificial), wood, bark and other materials.- How were things prepared prior to being put into the viv.——just a log hide and a water dish, prior to it it had nothing in the petsmart I got it from.
    8. Main food source——-freeze dried crickets (can’t get live ones) mealworms, powder Pac-Man frog food and earthworms
    9. Vitamins and calcium? (how often)——i have both that I try after every other feeding but lately I stopped just because I don’t want to keep wasting it just for it to not eat it. Once I get it on a regular schedule I’ll start dusting again
    10. Lighting——-none but I have dim lighting in my room at night
    11. What is being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure——zoomed heatpad
    12. When is the last time he/she ate——last week a single mealworm
    13. Have you found poop lately——-it has pooped today and about a week or two ago
    14. A pic would be helpful including frog and enclosure (any including cell phone pic is fine)
    15. How old is the frog——no idea but I got him close to a month ago (January 29th to be exact)
    16. How long have you owned him/her——-read above
    17. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred——no clue it was from petsmart in Citrus Heights California
    18. Frog food- how often and if it is diverse, what other feeders are used as treats——I’ve been experimenting so I’ve been trying all sorts of food that I mentioned above
    19. How often the frog is handled——-I only handle him once or twice a week to try n see if maybe putting him in a separate feeding container would work, otherwise I just try tong feeding
    20. Is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area——-medium. I live in the same room but I also don’t leave or enter often
    21. Describe enclosure maintenance (water changes, cleaning, etc)——-haven’t changed his cage yet as I figure it would be extra stress but I do change his water dish every day although he doesn’t use it.
