    Looks like Litorea caerulea “whites treefrog.” The individual pictured looks more than healthy even a bit on the heavy side. It probably set up shop in your planter and is enjoying the sun. If it is a female she’ll find an appropriate place to spawn when heavy rains come. I wouldn’t bother her.
