Male pacman just climbed in his water dish ( bathes twice per week, eats only crickets, wont eat other feeders). I always clean out his hidey hole while he is out of it and found two half inch globs as described above, soft sticky poop. Not typical looking. Should i be concerned? Sorry for the graphic description.
its better to be on papertowels for time being and being monitored, poops in particular.
How was quarantine done when you just got him, how long ago?
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
Will put him on paper towels. No more poop yet. Have had him for 6 months. Lives by himself. Have been changing the cocoearth in his sitting area when he gets in his water dish ( about every week or so he soaks for about 12 hours, then i get him out of the water and change the water in his dish). He refuses to eat anything but dusted crickets. Seems alert and happy. Like all pacmans, pretty lethargic, sits and eats. Sits under a piece of fake plant. Will watch his poop. May take a sample to the vet to rule out parasites?
Yes, i would suggest to do a fecal to start with, if the poop continues to look like that

So far so good. He ate a defrosted frozen pinkie today. Will watch for hopefully normal poop.
