My female? Woudhouse's toad is about to pass away. Found her belly up in a feeding dish. She is stiff as a board and her heart is barely beating. I believe due to my inexperience she had MBD about 2 years ago. She recovered some but was never quite the same, lame leg, difficulty eating, etc. She had hibernated this winter and got out of her hole yesterday. She had lost about half of her body size and was sunken in. I tried to feed her but she wasnt interested. My son is devastated and I'd be lying if I said I didn't shed a tear. She brought us lots of joy. She was a lot of fun to watch. We learned a ton about keeping toads from her and have learned from our mistakes. We still have Brownie who is full of it as ever. And we look forward to this summer's monsoon season to catch another baby Woodhouse's. Here's the last pic I took of them not more than 2 weeks ago. Hopper is the one on the top. I have posted about her in the past and thank everyone for their help and insight.
