I don't "believe" in UV lights for most captive frogs so I would just get a different bulb for it - something in the "daylight" range - 5000-6800 K.

Humidity levels - at least 70%, preferably over 80%. They spend a lot of time in the substrate so you don't have to worry about air humidity so much - just make sure you regularly water one end of the tank's substrate, so there is a moisture gradient.

There is this light I used to use on my frogs a long time ago but I cant find the brand anymore on my stores. I know they still sell them elsewere though. Its called naturesun? I think thats the brand? Anyways it was a long tubed bulb and the carton was green. My frogs didnt mind that light and it did some good for my plants. I dont know if itd be useful for you. But I thought I should have mentioned it. Good luck.

Think about what most frogs are doing during the sunlight hours. They are either sleeping under a leaf in a thick rainforest that doesn't receive much light where they're at or buried under substrate, of course, depending on which kind a frog you have. They've spent millions of years evolving to not need UV light. So when thinking about which bulb to get think about what kind of bulb would be best for your plants.

Hey, thanks for the help guys.

Just to update, I do have my frog now (I posted some pics in another thread) he's still settling in, only had him a couple of days.
As I mentioned the tank came with a UV light but I find i hardly use it because he is in quite a well lit room as it is and he's always burried in his log hideout. I also find when in the evening I keep all lights off in that room he comes out a little bit more. So I think I won't use the UV.
