Some things you need to consider:

• African "exporters" are notorious for selling other species as Pyxicephalus adspersus.
• It's late winter in South Africa right now. Not many young Giant bullfrogs hopping around.
• Provided they export legally, you need to pay import fees and veterinary inspection fees at the port of entry in the US. This could mean some very expensive frogs.

I wish you the best of luck but I'd leave it alone. African suppliers are marking any African that leaves there as adspersus. That's what is in demand at the moment. They don't wanna pass up the ole American dollar. With my recent dealing, I actually saw the paperwork that was sent to the pet store where I bought mine and of course it stated adspersus. What the pet store received however was a dwarf variation. I wouldn't touch it.
