I was thinking a betta would be a nice choice too because they don't need a lot of space and they are big enough for the frog not to eat them. Same with gouramis and maybe other fish. Guppies would be good too but then again they are too small.

If the frogs are around 2-3 inches it's good for the Betta but if it's a smaller frog the Betta could nip the frog. I recommend the Mosquito Fish. They are native and are a decent size. Easier to care for then Bettas
