Exclamation Juvenile albino Pacman Frog lethargic and has both eyes closed

Hello, This morning I had woken up to find my Frog Frankie, Propped up against a mound of substrate with both of his eyes completely descended into his head. I had misted him and he didn't react at all, So I picked him up with my glove and he had opened his eyes, Slightly relieved I had sat him back down in his spot and kept an eye on him as I got ready to head out for classes. I left him two crickets just to be sure these issues weren't just being famished, as he hasn't been eating too much as of recent. Had dripped some drops of water on him just to see if he would react before I left and I could see him breathing lightly. Im in school as of now and am extremely worried for him.

What could I possibly do to resolve this?

Thats not a good sign.. Is he at least partially underground? They shouldn't have their eyes closed unless they are at least slightly underground.

I have had this happen to my one frog before, but he was suffering from bloatness Endema i think its called? His organs where shutting down and I had to put him down at the vet. He had one eye closed near the end of his life so I dont know if this is similar.

Does he look bloated at all?
