two brown sacks on my american toad

Hi, I have a fairly young american toad named Gus and I have noticed two brown sacks on the belly near the back that i haven't noticed until now and I'm a bit concerned if this is something that might be a medical issue or not but encase this could be useful info Gus did eat 4-5 medium crickets and 2 meal worms and it might be a full stomach, if you need any info please ask and sorry for picture size.
