Some people say they do while others say that misting the substrate, monitoring temps and providing a water bowl for them to soak in is just enough.
I am planning on getting a pixie frog very soon and wondered if I should get a hygrometer or should I skip and just mist the substrate and provide a bowl for them to soak.
Thanks.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life, freely.
i mean i dont have one. they are fairly tough hardy frog i mist 2 times a day and have a very large bowl for my big bowl to soak but i don't really see the harm in not having one but in my xp you don't need one if make sure your not drying out your frog
