I found a gray tree frog on my deck last Sunday (about a week ago) . His back leg was black/decomposing and the other looks to be broken/damaged badly. The black leg fell off on Wednesday. And he had only moved to different spots on my deck once over the 5 days of seeing him. So I decided to bring him in my house and put him in an aquarium. What are the chances he will be ok?

I would definatley call some sort of wildlife rehabilitation type place.
Not good I'm afraid. You could try putting iodine or antibacterial ointment without painkiller on the stump.
It does look pretty bad. If you keep infection and flies away and take good care of him he might just survive though. Are you willing to keep him? If he survived he wouldn't have any chance in the wild. Will you try to get some close ups of the stump and other leg? elly's right, neosporin or similar w/o painkiller is good and helped with my frog.
