Pacman Frogs Eyes Are Closed

Hi, i have a ornate pacman frog and my little guy has had his eyes closed for quite some time now. I still see him move every now and then, but never from that one spot. In the morning he will be facing you and when i get home from work, hell have his back towards you. I have an automatic mister that goes off for 20 minutes on a 24 hour cycle. Every day I will mist his cage down myself a little to get every little area. His temps during the day range from 77 to 79 and his humidity is always 76%+ Climbs a little higher when the mister goes off or i spray down his tank. His tank has eco earth coconut fiber, 3 live plants, a shallow water dish, and a habba hut that he can go under for "safety". Any information will be greatly appreciated!
