Wild older alligator lizard taken away from cat

Our semi feral outdoor cat was carrying aa six inch plus alligator lizard late yesterday but dropped in when i approached. It seemed exhausted but i dont see any wounds. Should i start him on antibiotics or just let him rest?

If it's not injured, just set it someplace sheltered, where it can recuperate. Outdoor cats are very hazardous to wildlife, aren't they?

We keep our cats indoors but there are always ferals outside. Sadly there are few lizards. The old alligator lizard seems lethargic. Will release him/ her as soon as she seems ok.
