Thread: Tailbone poking out

    Default Tailbone poking out

My African bullfrog is seven months old now.

He is a little bit over 6 inches.

His tailbone seems to stick out and it worries me, sometimes this is more noticeable depending on how he is sitting or if the light is shining down on him.

    Is this normal?

    The frogs behavior seems normal.

    Default Re: Tailbone poking out

I'm in no way an expert, but I think it might have something with how he's sitting. Also, I think they poke out their bottom when mating.
I hope someone else might have better info for you.
