help eggs in a bad spot

im new to this forum and i hope im posting in the right place. so here goes!



i have 2 dendrobates tinctorius giant orange "regina" so i see eggs for the first time but they were laid on a cut down dieing leaf! my question is how do i safely move them and what do i need to move them to?
