I don't know much about constipation in frogs... or how to treat it, but if I were you, I would find out and start doing it before it's too late.

My parents are too cheap and selfish to take him to a vet. That's actually the reason why I'm turning here for help.

Can someone tell me what to do to save him please?
has he started eating?
To treat constipation, you should try putting him in a warm (not hot! check with a thermometer) bath. Adding sugar or a drop of honey can stimulate him to poop without hurting him.
