What supplements do you use for your frogs?

Okay, I have White's tree frogs and I usually powder crickets or roaches. I have my own stock of roaches, but sometimes the frogs just want something that moves around more.
I try to use powder every third feeding or so.
Currently I haven't been using vitamins as much because I've had to use the feeding bowl technique.
