Sick White's Tree Frog

My WTF has had this for a few weeks and at first it was small and i didn't know what it was so i continued cleaning my enclosure, regularly removing waste etc. but it does not seem to have gone away and it has even grown a little bigger thus i am worried it will greatly affect my frog's health so can someone help me by identifying what it is and how to treat it? I am not very good at this and i'm learning so please have some helpful responses. I live in Singapore so reaching a vet to treat these kind of animals are tough to find so any medicines which i can easily find at a local pet store or home remedies would be great. If possible any medicine with a specific property to look out for would be helpful as my options will be wider at my local stores. Thanks.
