Spine protruding in the back

Noticed last night. Spine protruding in the back and anus is pointing straight back instead of being underneath. Still eating, hopping, etc. Don't know if anything is wrong or not. Anybody have any insight? Here's a pic. If you zoom in on the back you can see the protrusion. I'm dusting insects, have a UVB lamp so I'm not suspicious of MBD or calcium deficiency.

Has it always been like that? It could be a congenital deformity.

It's always been pointed just not that prominent.

It's resolved but I think it happened because she is trying to push out stool. I think she may be constipated or impacted.
