What to Feed Hornworms?

I ended up using mulberry leaves. I was a bit worried since I live next a farm but the leaves are young and he hasn't sprayed anything yet. They ended up eating all the leaves and started eating some plastic wrap I was using for a lid. Would it still be safe to feed them to my frogs? I'd wait till it'd passed through their system of course...

Plastic isn't great, honestly. I'm not a chemist, I don't know if the hornworms would have picked up anything from the plastic. But if you think you can tell when all the plastic has been passed, I'd be personally willing to risk it if that was all I had to feed the frogs. I know frogs can sometimes pass plastic with little ill effect.
