Get the CHE as mentioned and for light you can just use a regular led light or low watt house bulb for light. I use these 5 watt led bulbs from Walmart and they work great, remember if its albino you don't want to use that uvb bulb. You want your heat around 82f and your humidity around 70 to 80 percent. At night you want your temps to drop a few degrees at night and this should trigger his feeding instincts. You want him to have a warm side of the tank and a cooler side so he can regulate his his body temps if need be, it only has to be a few degrees difference. If you find with the ceramic you start to lose a lot of humidity you can cover about 3/4 of the top with tinfoil or saranwrap and this helps keep humidity up longer and it traps the heat in. I personally use foil because I find it works better the saran wrap and it holds the heat in way better.
