new spots on my dumpy frog- it is something wrong?

Sometimes pale green spots coincide with illness, I'd see if there were any other signs like poor appetite or excessive soaking before jumping to conclusions though.

Sometimes people refer to those as "stress spots" as they can appear when a frog is stressed. Since it recently moved into a new environment, it may just need time to settle in. As elly mentioned, they can also be a sign of something up with the frog, but as long as they aren't displaying unusual behavior or showing other physical signs of sickness, don't worry yourself too much.
