Sometimes people refer to those as "stress spots" as they can appear when a frog is stressed. Since it recently moved into a new environment, it may just need time to settle in. As elly mentioned, they can also be a sign of something up with the frog, but as long as they aren't displaying unusual behavior or showing other physical signs of sickness, don't worry yourself too much.
