Do you know if he's been getting the same amount of crickets as the other frog? If so, he could have what is called "wasting", which is weight loss caused by disease or infection. This in conjunction with the prolapsing makes me think your little guy needs to see a vet to be diagnosed because they are likely connected. The vet can also give the frog a stitch in the cloaca to help prevent further prolapses.

That's pretty bad. Not a vet but repeated prolapses can be a sign of infection. plus they are dangerous on their own and need to be kept damp. I'd see a vet for sure.
