Humidity problem please help?

So update my I've tryed paper towels and moss now on the opposite side of where my frogs nest themselves and my cages are still dry i now water my terrariums 3-4 times a day and i have 5 tanks now it is crazy the only thing i have no tryed yet is pexelglass because idk where i would get nor how much it would cost. any other tips?

My PacMan is in a 10-gallon glass enclosure. I use Ecco-Earth as the substrate. I do have Moss at one end of the enclosure, but it is a small amount of moss. I use a spray-bottle to increase the humidity. I also have a thermometer/hygrometer in the tank to monitor Temps and Humidity Levels. I have a Flukers 5.5" fixture, and use a Daytime 40w bulb. The light fixture has a dimmer, and this works perfectly. My Humidity levels are maintained and the temps are 77-80 degrees during the day. Humidity level is 72%.
