Default Frog ate dubia LIVE! Jumping around.

My baby pacman (who had gone on a hunger strike) finally ate a Dubai roach but she was seriously over zealous and swallowed the poor thing, whole, still kicking! She's currently hopping around a little distressed and rubbed her face on a stone. What do I DO?

Well, she seems alright.. she jumped into the waterdish and has been soaking since I posted this, squirming stopped after maybe 10 minutes? It was slowing down as I left.

Will she have trouble digesting the dubia since she didn't crunch it? Would a drop of honey in her waterdish tonight help her at all?

How big is it compared to her size? A drop of honey wouldn't hurt as far as i know.

It fit about the space between her eyes, probably pushing it a little but no wider.

I didn't end up doing the honey yesterday, forgot to bring it when I went to change her water that night. She did stink up her water dish so I guess that's a good sign. Seems okay today! I may have freaked out over nothing, or gotten very lucky, but I'm keeping an eye on her since she hasn't passed it yet.

Side note, do they usually attack their own reflections?..

Frogs eat live, moving prey, and swallow them whole. From your description, that's what your frog did. I don't see any reason to be concerned, and I don't see any reason to feed it honey.

Yes, a frog can attack its own reflection, especially if it's a territorial species. What's the reflective surface in question?
