Default New Pacman (Pics and questions)

So to anyone who had heard I was getting a Fantasy Frog...Earlier the guy I ordered with told me he put in an order for both a Fantasy and an Ornate, specifically the reddest ones his breeder had (which as it turned out, was not very red). Between the two, the Ornate (at least I believe it was the Ornate since they were not labelled) had more red and was overall larger and apparently healthier...Moved around when touched, although not as aggressive as I pictured...Perhaps it's from being young. Anyhow, I set up most of his tank last night...10 gallon with EcoEarth (aka coconut fiber) and a glad tupperware with rocks on the inside to prevent drowning filled with water. Today I picked up some fake plants from Walmart and found an old piece of wood from a preview Tarantula enclosure and it ended up looking pretty decent. Provided are some pics. Can anyone confirm the species for me (I know they aren't terrible pics but he does lack the "horns" that the other frog clearly had) as well as critique his enclosure?. He is maybe the size of a quarter and has already eaten about half a giant Canadian Nightcrawler dusted with Calcium + D3 so I (fingers crossed) hope everything is ok with him.

Can't say much from that photo I'm afraid. Need something that shows more of the frog. The enclosure looks good - lots of room too.

Your set-up looks good. What are your temperatures like?

They aren't all aggressive. I have 2 cranwellis and an ornate, ranging from 3+ months to 2+ years and they are all quite docile.

Pictures of just the frog would make identification easier. My best guess is ornate.

My temps are room temp...No a/c because it wasn't too hot out today but normally it's about 70 where he's being kept. I actually thought I had a better picture being posted but I uploaded the wrong one lol. Do they grow aggressive with age? A larger adult I saw at the same reptile store would hiss and growl if touched, turning to face the finger that touched it.

That's a bit on the cool side - you want it warmer than that. Their temperament doesn't change much with age - they don't tame well either so what you see at the beginning is pretty similar to what you get with an adult. They growl when the feel threatened - I would feel threatened if I was dragged to a reptile show with tons of people passing by.

I have both an incandescent and flourescent light on top of him which I (am going to presume) ups the temperature at least slightly. Also I got him at a local joint, not a big expo (I wish I could have gone to one of those!). He was shipped frog CA to NY however so I wasn't expecting him to eat. He ended up taking about half a 6 inch Canadian Nightcrawler dusted with Calcium + D3 so that was a nice surprise and is now burrowed in the coco fiber behind one of the fake plants. Should I try and feed again tomorrow or is this too soon?

At that size/age, they should eat every day or two.

Daytime temperature should be around 82.

    Nice looking ornate.

I want one with no reds at all.
