I just purchased a thermometer and humidity gauge to keep at the correct temps. I may also invest in a misting system and I think the ceramic heat emitter but I also think a lighting system may be beneficial.

Hello! Frog Forum actually has a nice, comprehensive care article for Pacman frogs here which will have much of the information you need for Pac Turtle Tortoise to live happily. Anything more specific or not covered in the article can be clarified with more experienced keepers.

To start, most recommend not using an under the tank heater with Pacman frogs. They instinctively burrow to cool off, which may explain why your little guy avoids digging into that side of the tank.

This was very helpful. I finally got the temp up but I still am having a problem with him eating regularly.
