Some vets treat regular frogs, you might have to do a search for exotic vets and then call and ask.

However, I think watching your frog to see if it eats and moves normally might be the thing to do right now.

Well, he was acting a little lethargic all yesterday, so I’d been keeping an eye on him. It was this morning that he pooped and had the hair appear. Now there is still a part of the hair hanging out. I actually tugged on the hair before I realized it was attached to him, thinking it was just wrapped around a leg or whatever, so now I’m worried I may have made the situation worse!

It’s hard to tell if he’s being inactive now since it’s day time, but I’m worried. I did speak to an amphibian specialist today who suggested coating crickets in pumpkin so he gets some fiber and passes the hair more quickly, but I’m concerned there may be a bigger complication now.

This actually happened to me with one of my whites, I ended up just trimming the hair and letting my frog poop the rest out. I think the fact it's "passing through" in the first place is a good sign. You can try to make him pass it sooner, but you can also let nature run its course if he's otherwise eating and acting normally, as elly mentioned.
